Today started the glaciers part of my class. The professor said she was originally from Germany and Sweden! Coool haha. Of course I told her about my passion for glaciers (Omg I'm talking to a real life glaciologist *faints*). Today we basically talked about what a glacier is and different types of glaciers. I'm baaaack! On Saturday we got up at 5:30 (ew), ate breakfast and then the guy picked us up to drive us to Glennallen (the shuttle picked us up there). The shuttle to take us to Kennecott picked us up there and we drove the 4 hours there. The weather was REALLY nice..sunny and beautiful. The road was mostly dirt road and it was really bumpy.
